Client Services Volunteer - Health Equipment Loan Program with Canadian Red Cross

The Health Equipment Loan Program (HELP) seeks volunteers for various offices in Northern BC and Yukon. As a HELP Client Services Volunteer, you will provide administrative support, including answering phones and coordinating health equipment loans and returns. Your role involves verifying referral requests, selecting appropriate medical equipment, providing instructions on equipment use, and maintaining data integrity. Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, data entry experience, and the ability to work with empathy and compassion. Some lifting may be required (up to 50lbs). Work is typically three to four hours per week, with flexible scheduling options. Training is provided, and a basic understanding of computers and English is necessary.
